Where We Ship

Sprig Herbals currently ships within the state of Idaho only.
Orders placed with an address outside Idaho will be canceled and refunded. We’re not able to ship across state lines due to cottage food regulations.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We ship using USPS or UPS within Idaho.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery location.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

Most Idaho orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier schedules.

Order Accuracy & Damages

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll review your message and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
