For a light floral flavor, begin with 10–20 drops in water, sparkling water, tea, or a mocktail.

For a full serving, add 2 dropperfuls to an 8–12 oz drink and stir well.

For icing, syrups, ice cream, and other recipes, begin with 1–2 dropperfuls and adjust to taste. *Add after heating whenever possible to preserve chamomile’s delicate aromatics.
