When will I receive my order?
We operate on a two-business day fulfillment timeline, with a Midnight PST cutoff.
While we will always strive to get orders out the door as soon as possible, we are a completely bootstrapped, family-run business. This small cushion helps us balance our business commitment with the beautiful, unpredictable needs of raising a young family!
• How the order cutoff works: An order placed on Monday will be fulfilled and shipped no later than Wednesday afternoon. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will join our queue on the next business day to ship out by Tuesday afternoon (or Wednesday afternoon for Monday holidays).
• Shipping Transit Times: Once our USPS carrier picks up your package from our kitchen, standard domestic delivery via USPS typically takes two to five business days to arrive within the continental United States.
• Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories: We proudly ship across the whole United States, but please allow seven to fourteen business days for transit outside the United States, as ocean freight and regional carrier schedules can vary.
Where do you currently ship?
We proudly ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
• International Shipping: At this time, we do not support international shipping (with the exception of loose-leaf teas to APO/FPO/DPO addressed, noted in the dropdown below. Because herbal supplements are subject to complex regional regulations, any orders placed with an international shipping address will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
Yes, but with an * asterisk! We proudly can ship our loose-leaf herbal tea blends to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but unfortunately, we cannot ship our liquid tinctures through the military mail stream.
Having been stationed in Italy for three years with the United States Army, we intimately understand the unique logistical pathways, the long wait times, and the absolute necessity for reliable packages when living abroad. We consider it an honor to extend our products to our service members, government personnel, civilian citizens, and families stationed overseas.
However, to protect your packages from being seized or delayed by strict transport and host-nation customs rules, we must split our offerings for military mail:
• Loose-Leaf Herbal Tea Blends: 100% Eligible. We proudly ship all our loose-leaf herbal teas and dry botanical blends to all APO/FPO/DPO ZIP codes via USPS.
• Liquid Tinctures & Extracts: Restricted. Due to strict aviation safety regulations (HAZMAT) and select host-nation customs bans regarding alcohol-based liquids, our liquid extracts cannot legally or safely enter the overseas military postal stream.
How to Order: If you are shopping from an APO/FPO/DPO address, please ensure your cart only contains our loose-leaf tea products. If a liquid tincture is in your cart at checkout, the system will gently ask you to remove it so we can safely process your order!
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a USPS tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all US domestic orders over $90.
For orders under $90, a standard carrier rate will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
My order arrived damaged or leaking. What should I do?
We strive to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please follow our guidelines below to request a replacement or refund:
• Save the packaging: Please do not dispose of the broken bottles, blends, or shipping box until your claim is processed.
• Take a clear photo: Capture a single, clear snapshot that shows the damaged product sitting directly next to your physical shipping label (showing your name and tracking number clearly).
• Reach out to us: Email us at info@sprigherbals.com within 7 days of arrival with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your photo.
Please note that we are unable to provide replacements or refunds for transit damage without photo documentation that includes the shipping label. We are also unable to process claims or credits after 14 days from the date of delivery.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes, we are able to ship both our liquid extracts and loose-leaf herbal teas to Hawaii and Alaska.
Please note that sales to Hawaii and Alaska are marked as final sale due to additional complexity in transit times and customs rules.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes, you can request a return for a refund of our product(s) within 14 days of receiving your delivery. As stewards to Herbalism, we strive for your complete satisfaction in our offerings.
To start a return, please email us at info@sprigherbals.com with your name, order number, and the quick note about why it did not work out.
• Return Fees: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Once the package returns and is inspected at our facility, we will issue a refund back to your original payment method. Please note that we will dispute refunds that indicate potential fraud or tampering.
• Final Sale Zones: Because of complex regional transit times and custom rules, all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are final sale and cannot be returned.
My tracking says "Delivered," but my order is missing. What should I do?
Often times carriers such as USPS will occasionally scan a package as "delivered" when it is still sitting in the truck waiting to be delivered.
Our guidance would be to wait 24 hours, and then contact your local post office directly to file a missing mail claim.
Please note that once a carrier marks "delivered", we are not liable for mail theft. However, we are more than happy to help assist in navigating the missing mail claim and to make things right in your follow-up order!
